Telehealth appointment was so easy and convenient for how busy my day was - there was no time to go in person. I was nervous when no one called 10 minutes after my scheduled time but they reassured me I was checked in and someone would call soon. Once on the phone, I was helped and ready to go back to work within three minutes. Will definitely be using this service again.

So glad telehealth was an option New Year’s Eve 2023, was not looking forward to going out and sitting in a waiting room for a cough and stuffy nose. It was much more convenient doing all the paperwork online, and the phone call and diagnosis from the nurse practitioner was quick and easy.

Telemedicine visits are always so convenient. Perfect for when you can't get out of bed due to illness, like the flu. I made my appointment and was contacted within the same hour. The provider is very knowledgeable in diagnosing over the phone, and sends prescription to your pharmacy on the spot. The office staff is very kind and knowledgeable as well. The paperwork is simply and easy to fill out. I'd chose MedFast over my primary care provider any day.
