“From Lisa K in the store to Jim K coming by the house to provide an estimate to John C supervising the old tile and carpet removal and installation to Jason D and Hector from Flooridian Installation doing the installation, the whole process from picking a sample to getting an estimate to getting the old floor removed to getting the new luxury vinyl planking installed was about as good as it can get! These folks made the whole process tolerable, although difficult while we are still living in the house. It ain't cheap, but what is these days, and when you get great customer service and quality product, it makes it all worthwhile!“

“Doug and his staff did a flawless job from the show room to the final product. We had a floor that was a totally uneven surface and thought we could only use carpet. The lady working (I am sorry I do not recall her name but think maybe Lisa) was so helpful in steering me to use glue down planking. They provided samples which helped to determine what was the right fit for us. We were exceptionally lucky that the flooring came in so that the crew worked over the Memorial day weekend and they completed it so that we didn't miss any time working with our clients. The flooring was a huge upgrade from our old carpet and we couldn't be more pleased. Doug and his son went over an above with some after sale help as well.
