“I fell in love with the service provided by this high tier level tile/Carpet store. I walked in the store to buy a specific tile that no retail store apparently had and Ronny, the representative I spoke with was able to easily locate what i needed. Not only did he place the order but he followed up with me to give me status updates on when my shipment would arrive.
