Doug did everything thing he said he would do he even honored a price on one of our carpets that was given in August of 2022 . His installation people Rick and James were excellent also , they moved our furniture very carefully and worked neatly and throughly cleaned up afterwards.Thank You from Maggie and Steve T .

I live in Northern California. I inherited a house in Melbourne, Fl in need of some cosmetic upgrades in order to sell. Chapman was referred to me and helped me choose both carpet and vinyl flooring. I dealt primarily with Doug over the phone for over a month, ironing out the details of the product and the installation arrangements around other contractors also working. Doug was beyond terrific to work with, the kind of person you would want as an employee for your own company. He was attentive and patient and put up with all the changes. I even talked to him after work hours to his personal residence due to the time zone difference from Cal and he never complained once....read full review

Staff here were super friendly… they were NOT pushy like some other stores I went to, and even let me take the floor model sample board home so I could see what it would look like next to stone hallway.Thanks so much!
