Brett was careful, communicative and conscientious. His goal was to please his customer. We had some hiccups with leveling the installation, however that was a flooring issue. He patiently attended to its solution. Ben Franklin Plumbing, in addition to my plumber, communicates with me regularly keeping me out of the dark at all times. I recommend them
Diego was a godsend. I have had an issue with my kitchen sink for almost a year now not draining. Nobody could dissect the problem. It was basically 20 years of buildup because the pipes were not put into code but he would not give up. He boiled pots of water running back and forth from his truck to my sink making sure that that clog was clear. I am 100% satisfied with this company service and even purchased their subscription. They're honest, they're on time. They're professional and they don't give up. They're a 10 out of 10 for me
