“We had the most wonderful experience at Dr. B’s office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel at ease right away. The office was clean, cheerful, and clearly designed with children in mind.

Dr. B was absolutely amazing with my daughter, Andi. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered every question with patience, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Andi was a little nervous, but Dr. B’s kind and gentle approach put her completely at ease. They even took the time to engage with her, making the visit fun and stress-free.

It’s clear that Dr. B genuinely cares about their young patients. They were thorough in their examination, provided practical advice, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. I feel so grateful to have found a pediatrician who is both knowledgeable and compassionate.

“A bad cold from 3 weeks ago still wouldn't fade away. My lungs just didn't feel right. My primary doctor office had closed so a friend suggested BayCare UrgentCare since it's close to my home. I was in an out of there in less than 45 minutes. Fantastic.
I realize my visit on a later afternoon on a Friday may have been a lucky coincidence but the service I received was kind and efficient. Dr Thomas Hill and his nurse answered my questions and had me on my way and feeling better. I'll be on the hunt for a primary care physician but will be happy to go here anytime! Highly recommend.“

“Dr. Yousef is one of the sweetest most caring PCP’s I have ever met here in all of my 15 years of living in Tampa Bay Florida. Dr. Yousef has been treating both myself and my six year old little son and I can’t complain about his services, although the other reviewer is absolutely correct about one of Dr. Yousef’s challenging Receptionist’s named Kat. This particular Receptionist has been condescending and unprofessional in her approach towards me by phone and in person since before I started seeing Dr. Yousef. On the other hand, I still highly recommend anyone 18 and over to utilize Dr. Yousef’s treatment services. Thank you Dr. Yousef for being a wonderful jolly doctor assisting me and my family’s needs.“

“Called in advance for my wife and they were very helpful. Once we got there front office staff was fast. Nurses/med assistants were very comforting. Saw doctor in less than 20 minutes and he was great. Examined my wife and her pain and gave her so great alternatives. He did not make her go through a lot tests as he felt comfortable with his diagnosis. Picked up prescription at pharmacy 20 minutes later. This was a great experience and very comforting to my wife that she did not have a bigger issue.“
