I had a great experience at Citrus Park urgent care! Staff was very kind and professional. Got me in with in minutes of check in. Hanna from the front desk was very sweet, quick and efficient. She had a few patients behind me waiting, but managed to acknowledge them and handle her multi task position smoothly.The clinical assistant Hilary and provider Amber Turner demonstrated exceptional bedside manners and got me stitched up and answered all my questions throughly. Very pleased and would recommend this clinic if you ever need urgent care.
I was able to schedule an appointment online and was called in the exam room in a timely manner. All the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They ran tests and gave me the diagnosis ASAP. I recommend AH Centra Care to anyone who needs urgent medical care.
The wait to see a doctor was long , but once I was inside everyone was professional and friendly. I was not given the results of the x-ray but they did call me at home to let me know what the results were. I would like a copy if that is possible.
