Female PA from UF was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner and her technique on helping put my daughter’s finger back into place was beyond a 5 star rating. The facility was clean and the front desk person was kind and patient with us.

A very good choice for urgent care. It's a clean facility and the people are courteous, responsive and professional in every respect. The Doctor did several tests and made an accurate diagnosis on a Sunday, when most Doctor offices are closed. I recommend this facility often to my family and friends.

Clean office nice staff, but the wait time was ridiculous. Went in on a Tuesday around 10:30 am there was 1 other person in the waiting room and still waited an hour just to get into a room. Waited some more while loudly hearing the staff discuss what to order or pick up for lunch and making jokes about random things etc. Finally the doctor came in after waiting maybe a total of hour and 20 min. Really liked the woman doctor she listened and answered my questions.( Still had to go to CVS to fill scripts as they don’t carry a lot in office, which took even the more time) overall the time spent was frustrating. Not so “urgent” at urgent care.
