I give the Doctor five stars, but the check-in process is the reason for three stars. Specifically billing. There is no informed consent that you will be put on auto payment. There’s no form to read. only a pad that you’re told to sign, twice, and then they tell you that a deposit will automatically be needed via your credit card, but you will not necessarily be charged. However, no informed consent about the auto payment. FYI, you can go into “my chart” and cancel the auto payment. You could probably do it while you’re waiting for the doctor to come in. Once again, loved the doctor!

Walking in, I was in terrible pain & discomfort. Thankfully the staff were able to get me in & out quickly. Meds were ordered, I was able to start treatment right away. 10 out of 10! Thank you 😊
