“I reached out to Ms. Alicia on a Friday at 4:30pm. My previous hairdresser canceled my appointment 30 min before and I was desperate! She said, “Sure! No problem. Come on in!” I got there ten minutes later and she was so sweet! I had a lot of split ends, and she trimmed my hair before doing a full highlight. If anyone knows, that takes a lot of time, patience, and tedious movements. . But she foiled my entire head! She took her time, made sure all the rights places looked good, and gave me a beautiful haircut! She styled my hair and when I tell you I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my color and hair! Along with doing my hair, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. . She did an amazing job. I’ll tell you, my grandmother passed away years ago, but for those couple of hours, I felt like I was back with her! The stories and how she spoke. I really really enjoyed my time there. I will definitely be going back! I’ve already given her name and card out to a few of my coworkers.
