I had a call from Mercy to apologize for my bad experience and she wanted me to come back and try them again…. I just had a medical massage with Mercy herself and she definitely know what she is doing!!! I am not an easy person to massage because of immense pain and tensions in neck/shoulders and back but she released a lot in one hour! Going on a long trip and when I come back I’ll come back to Mercy :).
Feeling relief and relieved !

When for a couple massage for their Valentine’s promotion. I had the worst massage ever. My therapist was holding a plastic bucket of oil in one hand and getting the oil from it and massaging me with the other hand!!! So I got for about 20 min a one hand massage while I could hear her getting into the plastic container… not so relaxing! She had no technique even though I mentioned on the info card and to her that I need neck tension relief, she barely touch the neck for more than 5 min! She really seems to not care at all to be there and it shows! I got Carmen for therapist. I mentioned it to the receptionist and you would think that they would have done something like a discount since I did NOT get a proper massage! Nothing! They charged full 230$ for couple massage and said they can put me with someone else next time!! Well, There won’t be a next one!! At that price I could gone to a beautiful spa (not a run down one) that would have made a couple massage a REAL romantic experience!
Go somewhere else if you want a quality massage!

Maybe the therapeutic massage is good…But this is not what I was paying for!!!!

“I enjoyed my service with Michael. I love my hair. But be prepared to fork over some cash! The prices displayed are misleading and the *prices may vary by stylist go ahead and add x3 for the more experienced stylist. I am also not a fan of the apprenticeship. They all have to learn I understand. But I prefer one on one service and only tipping one person at the end. When the stylist has four people stacked deep it starts feel a little impersonal and I don’t enjoy sitting for 4 hours.“

“I really appreciate Kara taking the time to listen to me about my less than textbook curly hair, and then providing a custom cut that really accents my facial features as well as defines my curls. She was very nice and professional. I especially like the head support in the shampoo bowl. Why don't all salons use these?? I usually hate the bowl because it hurts my neck, but the support allowed me to relax and enjoy the shampoo and scalp massage. Thanks again for a great experience. See you in about 10 weeks :-)“
