“I have used this establishment several times with no issues, reasonable timing, and pricing most recently I brought in a Work vest that needed an outer lining cut out for extra ventilation, The Tayler did an amazing job I paid $100 for the Vest And was only charged $30 for fixing it thank you so much you guys did an amazing job.“

“Spent over 2 to 3 weeks traveling different cities and stores trying to find someone to fix my backpack that broke. I had recently got as a gift I came into Taylor’s Touch they told me immediately that they could fix it and it would be no problem. Within five minutes. I was out the door and within two days. I received the call back that it was complete. I came in and it was as good as brand new if not better. The staff is so kind and generous and respectful. I will be coming back for sure 10 out of 10 place. They’re amazing?“

“Best laundromat I have visited. Not a single machine out of service. Modern washers and driers. Washers have extra wash and rinse options. Air conditioning set at comfortable temperature; even with most of the driers in use.

Attendants greeted me when I entered. Bathroom is clean and stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Outlets available to charge phone.

EDIT: Forget to mention the attention to detail. I visited early in the morning. Every washer not in use had the doors open to air out over night.“

“This place is the best. Have never had an issue ever. The woman at the front, Sabine is so sweet. After only a few times of bringing clothes in she remembers my name and if she sees me park she will have my clothes at the front waiting for me. I had a suit I needed cleaned quickly and she made sure they rushed it for me. Prices are great and everyone is nice. Highly recommend.“

“Needed pants hemmed & an extra hole in my belt. Nancy, the seamstress said that she couldn't put an extra hole in but could cut off part of belt & resew to make belt smaller Was so happy she suggested this & only charged $6. Hem for pants was $15. Completely happy with pricing & Nancy was very helpful & accommodating. I will be going back to her when I need further alterations on other clothes. Can't wait to pick up. Nancy is only there on Thursdays from 9:30 to 12. Therefore, it does take a week to pick up alterations. However, she is very sweet, so am sure if I needed it in less time, she would accommodate. As far as dry cleaning at this place, I have never used them. Again, Nancy is very professional & very cordial & polite.“

“I brought in my work apron because the stitching on the pocket had come undone. I work part time at a restaurant, and since I use this apron every shift, it is something I really rely on. I asked if they could double stitch it for extra durability, and they followed my request exactly. The stitching is incredibly neat and strong, and the quality of the work truly shows.

They also completed the repair very quickly, which I really appreciated. Even though it was a small job, they handled it with so much care and attention. That level of service really stood out to me.
