Liliana Is such a sweet lady. I have been going to the dry cleaners since I moved to Florida as well its not far from my home. When I come the days she works she always greet me with a smile and asked how I'm doing. I had a little situation with missing clothes I asked her about it and she made sure to check it for me and ensured me that she would look into it. The next time I came I had my clothes.
