A few weeks ago, my wife and I were out of town and needed a suit and dress to be cleaned for a wedding. I was hesitant at first because there is only a Kiosk and drop off bin. However, an employee by the name of marlin came to the rescue. He showed us how to create our account and how to drop off. He answered all of our questions so nicely and even showed us how the conveyor would pick up our clothes. Technology is truly something! He told us that our clothing will be ready the next day and it was indeed ready. We were both impressed by how the clothes came out so clean and fresh. EDIT FROM MY LAST REVIEW!!! my original review wasn't favorable ( you can read below) a few days after I left that review I received a call from the owner or manager! They gave me very sincere apology without making excuses, very professional and sincere...also credited my account towards a future services. I'll be trying them out again!!
