Tide Cleaners offers a convenient and efficient dry cleaning service, with a quick 24-hour turnaround. Customers appreciate the ease of dropping off and picking up their clothes anytime, day or night, thanks to the system's user-friendly design and helpful notifications. The service is generally quick and reliable, with most items ready the next day and professional results on clothes that are washed and pressed. While some customers initially experienced fast service and timely updates, recent changes mean it is no longer a true 24-hour dry cleaning place, which has affected their experience. Despite occasional concerns about costs, the business addresses issues promptly, offering apologies and credit for future services. Overall, Tide Cleaners provides a technology-driven, hassle-free dry cleaning solution supported by professional and responsive staff.
I enjoy the convenience of picking up or dropping off our dry cleaning anytime and day we need service. The system is easy to use and the notifications are very helpful. This is a great example of technology and service for a better experience while helping to keep costs down. Check it out for yourself.
Their service is very efficient and fast. Drop off today ready tomorrow, almost every time. The 24 hour pick-up and drop off is also extremely helpful. The work is also very good with all my clothes being washed, pressed and ready with professional results.
I lowered my rate to 3 stars
At the beginning they were fast and always kept me up when eve clothes were ready.. now I don’t get any more updates., and is not a 24 hour dry cleaning place anymore ., which is the main reason I chose this place
