I have been a long term customer but recently they “lost” a sport shirt. It cost me $110 and even after I provided that information and knowing that they misplaced it, they have not communicated with me that they will give me any compensation after waiting 4 weeks for an answer. I recommend no one take valuables there if this is the way they handle customer service.

This place is terrible. I don’t know if it’s changed hands over the years, because they used to do decent dry cleaning, but I’m done giving them “one more chance”.
Ruined a VERY expensive coat, and I don’t even know how! It just needed cleaned and pressed, and it came back with a horrible residue all over it, sticky, and now can’t be fixed. They charged for clothes that CLEARLY were not cleaned, merely pressed, and not very well. They charge WAY too much for very poor service.

Do NOT give this place any clothing you really care about. Cross them off. The intake person completely ignored what I asked for. My silk blouse came back in terrible condition. The good reviews are probably fake.
