It has been a very pleasant experience thanks to the good customer service, as soon as I called they sent Mr. Fabio, who also speaks Spanish, to my house to inspect the roof and I can say that I learned the variety and the different ways of placing the shingles. It took not even a week to change my roof with all the permits and everything in one day everything was perfect thank you very much for my new roof ?

there as a roof over another roof we may need to rip the roof down to the studs. We had already considered this option and glad he agreed. When they tore away the old roofs there were two gaping holes right above the area where we had the leak. Apparently the last roofing company simply closed up the two holes using insulation. Can you imagine? We truly appreciate the diligence of the team staying late to get the job completed when they lost so much time during the day as we overfilled the dumpster and for finding the holes that were causing all the leaks. I would recommend contacting United Roofing if you are considering having your roof replaced. The entire process was exceptional from the very beginning. The company's representative thoroughly explained the process and all of the options that were available to me. His team worked with my HOA and county to complete all of the documentation to ensure that the project would be completed without any issues.The representative provided before and after photos of my house which were very helpful and the final cost was very close to the initial estimate. The new roof looks great and my neighbors have said that they were impressed by the roofing crew and how it looks.
