They were friendly, courteous, and very customer centric. Our Veterinarian was Dr. Olsen. Dr. Olsen listened to our concerns, without interrupting, and once we were done she provided her observations and determinations concerning our Lab’s condition. Dr. Olsen was very professional and easy to understand. She is patient and is willing to exchange ideas . We found Dr. Olsen to be outstanding in every way. “Dr. Lesmes and Dr. Hecker are extremely professional, educated and just all around amazing veterinarians who my wife and I trust with both of our dogs Rosie & Skye. Their bedside manner is calm, reassuring, and they don’t rush their time during the exam, making sure your questions are all answered. The staff at the hospital from the front reception to the vet techs and assistants are all caring and gentle with our dogs. “We’ve been looking carefully in & around Winter Park for a vet since we moved here 5 years ago. Dr Peggy is impressive. She’s a highly trained, skilled professional & knowledgeable communicator. Animals are comfortable with her (ironically not a “given” with many vets). Dr. Peggy is not a fan of contemporary money driven business motives common to most vet practices today.
