“My wife, Tracy, hired Home Instead senior care to provide in home care for her mother, Jayne.

There is not enough good things we can say about the excellence of care and professionalism that Home Instead brings to their clients.

The first and foremost thing that we both agree on is that Home Instead is a Christ centered organization; which means, Home Instead provides love to their clients.It is the foundation for caring. You cannot pay “caregivers” to be family to your loved one. That is a spiritual calling that has to be answered by one’s heart. I wish all of what used to be “healthcare” would return to this basic principle.

Jayne had the best care at home that not any single nursing home, assisted living, etc., could ever dream of. Tracy and I were comfortable leaving her mother in the hands of her loving caregiver Sandra A. and the other care givers that Home Instead provided. We knew when we walked out of the house that Jayne would be just as well cared for with them as she would be under our personal care. Jayne was kept perfectly safe and happy under their loving watch.

Anytime that we had a question or concern, Caleb used surgical precision to address them and handle them immediately. Mary Jane provided excellent nursing and home medical safety guidance/ recommendations.

We had several of the Home Instead caregivers help us throughout almost a decade of care and dealing with Jayne’s condition. I will name the ones that I personally remember and apologize for ones I can’t remember: Lisa, Nancy, Coleen and Sharon.

Every Home Instead staff member that we encountered seemed to understand what we were going through and strived to meet our needs. We feel like they are part of our family and will miss them all dearly.

In the end, Sandra was there crying and hugging my wife to comfort her. Sandra loved Jayne and was the best friend she could ever have.

We will hopefully keep in touch with the Home Instead family.
