“On 10/25/23 I was in the elevator at ORMC leaving after I had a Cardiac procedure and I was not feeling well. Kimberly Schwalbe was also in the elevator and observed my condition. She had no connection with my situation but she stopped what she was doing and sat with me in the lobby caring for me until I felt better. She went above and beyond to help me. More than the nurse that I had raised these issues with. She was a complete stranger and cared more for me. She gave me her card and asked me to let her know when I got home safely.
