Mostly pleased with the services they provide. I have to check the billing each period, paying extra because the aide clocks out 1 minute past the hour is excessive. I schedule for 4 hours period, the aides should be aware of the time. When new aides come, there should be a home folder for what we've asked to be done at mom's, this is rare, so we are retraining each new person. Each aide seems to have their own process. So having Michelle as her regular aide is great.

There is not enough good things we can say about the excellence of care and professionalism that Home Instead brings to their clients.
The first and foremost thing that we both agree on is that Home Instead is a Christ centered organization; which means, Home Instead provides love to their clients.It is the foundation for caring. You cannot pay “caregivers” to be family to your loved one. That is a spiritual calling that has to be answered by one’s heart. I wish all of what used to be “healthcare” would return to this basic principle.

Our mother was recently under hospice care in our home. We utilized Home Instead to help us with her care, especially at night. We found the caregivers compassionate, professional, and kind. They were well-trained to care for our mother's needs. We would like to give a special recognition to Ciera, Kamisha, and Nerlene for their wonderful care. The company went out of its way to help us.
