“This is a wonderful place. The service is outstanding from the moment you walk into the clinic. The customer service team is excellent, and I did not have to wait long to be seen.

Everyone at the front desk is friendly and professional, especially Andres, who was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. He helped me schedule my next appointment and made sure I understood my copayments and insurance information. He is truly exceptional.

Dr. Rogelio Rodríguez and his assistant, Miriam, are fantastic. They take their time with their patients, make me feel comfortable, and genuinely show that they care about my well-being. Their kindness and professionalism make every visit a positive experience.

Today, I also had an ultrasound exam, and the technician, Carmellee, was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure and was sweet, friendly, and highly professional.

The staff quite literally takes their time with each individual child and allows them the freedom to be whoever their little hearts desire. They’re attentive and invested with all the children.
