Es imposible comunicarse con el departamento de billing, he llamado reiteradas ocasiones y nadie contesta, me parece inaudito que tengan una área de atención al cliente donde nadie contesta, necesito me solucionen un reembolso de atención medica que el seguro respondería, esto fue en Julio y a la fecha el departamento de billing no me ha solucionado, yo les he pagado todo, las cartas de statement no paran de llegar, no puedes comunicarte jamás con este número 9544341454 no pasen por esta situación. Es inaceptable.

The Nurse and Doctor were great, but getting my referrals was difficult.After several phone calls and repeating myself it was finally resolved.I would suggest your office try to refine your referral process.It's why I left my last PCP after 18 years!
