My experience with This ac company really convince me that the put customer satisfaction their first priority, not just like some other company trying to convince you by talking or by advertising.My a/c went out in the middle of the night, I call top Notch around 11 PM, whoever the tech. who replied me, took his time to make the preliminary troubleshoot over the phone with me and i had my ac running like if i was a technician, and early morning next day, Top notch sent out a tech. to inspect the unit.everything was still running fine, they charge me not even a penny. additionally they provide further user setting instructions for the Thermostat... After spending the day calling companies trying to get a quote on cleaning my dryer vent, with huge disparities in pricing- Top Notch gave me a competitive price, explained the process and were available the next day. Vincent arrived on time, and put all my worries to rest. He cleaned our vent in the dryer, and then went to the attic and roof. After pounds of wet lint, all set, in about 1 hour. I will be calling them again to clean out our home vents. Great honest reliable company.
