“They are the best! They accept taking care of my cat who becomes an unrecognizable beast and don't demand anesthesia to treat him. They listen to me, explain everything clearly, and follow up. This is more than can be expected from any other vet, much less healthcare in general (I'm an RN). I wish every medical facility had this level of compassion, care, and integrity. I truly appreciate them! THANK YOU!!”
“I can't find the words to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Para and Ayanna at Congress Avenue Animal Hospital for going above and beyond to care for my dog, Pepper. Their compassion, patience, dedication, and genuine love for animals made all the difference during one of the most difficult times for us.
Without Dr. Para's expertise and willingness to go the extra mile, I truly believe Pepper might not be here today. I will never be able to fully express how thankful I am for everything you have done. The kindness, reassurance, and exceptional care we received meant more than words can say.
Ayanna, thank you for your warmth, support, and for always being so caring and attentive. You helped make a stressful experience so much easier.
If you're looking for an outstanding veterinarian who truly cares about both pets and their families, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Para and the incredible team at Congress Avenue Animal Hospital. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving Pepper the care and second chance she deserved. We are forever grateful.”
“They are genuine and caring and took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain all of my options !”
