“One word: BARB. Miss Barb is the best. She feels like family. Dr. Eric Schnirman has been caring for my son Bean for a few years now and he also feels like family. He treats my boy like he loves him.

I’ve never experienced a dog being excited about going to the vet but Bean loves this place and all of the people who work there. They always accommodate me even when I need a same day appointment.

“We started coming to fidelity ten years ago with my son’s dog and she needed emergency surgery and Dr Fidel and staff worked with me and saved our dog. Now we have Heidi and they have been great with her anxiety and her care. As for the hours when we had a problem he would call us back immediately and would even offer to come in for Heidi but wasn’t needed after all. We don’t live close to fidelity but I will never change her doctor and he will be with us to Heidi’s last breath.“
