I had a not so great experience here today after years of coming here with no problem. It wasn’t the establishment’s fault as their air conditioning stopped working. I drove from Delray at 830 and went to get them at 130. They weren’t ready so I had to drive back home to Delray to wait. I was extremely upset as I had a lot of errands to do and it consumed my whole day. At the end of the day, the owner and the lady who checked the dogs in were extremely apologetic and my dogs look beautiful. ❤I appreciate their understanding of how upsetting this was and they did try to remedy the situation😉😊🌴
New location but same amazing people! I love this place and brining both cat and dog to get groomed. They are friendly and so accommodating.
