Radiology and Orthopedic departments, from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between were extremely professional, personable and caring. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical care even though it's a bit of a drive from my home.
Love Watson Clinic in general. Honestly I could give a shout out virutally every time I go there. So maybe I will start doing that. Yesterday had an EKG, the tech who performed MADE MY DAY! She was so adorable, had such a winning smile, I left there smiling and feeling happy just to have been in her presence. Everyone we have encountered there has been attentive to a degree I have literally never experienced in my life....and I am 66 years young so have lived long enough to have had a lot of life experience. The level of care we receive is beyond any I have ever received in my life. Bar none. So we just can't say enough about that. But to take it to the next level, the attitude of 99% of the people we have encountered has been off the charts wonderful. Everyone is working hard at being super efficient and taking care of biz, but trust me - take a minute and say something funny to them - and you will get interaction that just lights up your day. It must be a great work environment for everyone to be so genuinely happy in their jobs. Or maybe 'happy' is a job requirement LOL I don't know, but I'm grateful for it. Let's be honest, no one wants to go to doc, or worse - have testing done. So when someone makes you smile in the midst of excellent care it just makes the whole experience exceptional.
Great small clinic pharmacy. I much prefer getting drug information and my meds filled by these pharmacists, to the inconsistent customer service of drug stores and grocery chains. I've been coming here for years and have not been disappointed.
