I am so totally disappointed in the health care I have not received from the ENT department. I've been calling and sending emails for 2 days now and have not received a single word from these people. I am sooo dissatisfied and disappointed it the lack of care and concern. I have a sinus infection which is chronic for me, which they know, and no response for 2 days. Seriously!!! I left 2 messages and sent 2 emails also. This is very sad. Looking for a new ENT. Any suggestions in Lakeland fl area.

Dr. Harvey was not at all what I expected out of a professional at Watson Clinic. Maybe because they were over-booked with standing room only. He was salty, bitter and short with no diagnosis, no referrals, nothing...nothing....except buy some eye drops! Couldn't even refer eye drops...spend 4 bucks to 69 bucks it your choice they're all the same. Waste of time and money.

We just moved to Lakeland in May and looked for a local family physician. We chose Jason Saylor, DO. When we called in July for an appointment, scheduling said the first available time to see him was September. We ended up seeing William Keeler, a PA. He ordered lab work for routine screenings. My cholesterol was high and they said Saylor would like to see me in 4 months and retest. Earlier this month, October, I called to schedule an appointment and told them I was wanted to be seen for to redo a lab test and possible see the doctor, not sure exactly what all they needed.
