Mohs cancer center is horrid. Use anywhere else, I have had cancer removed numerous times and never had a nurse or cna come in to the room and ask if I want the wound stitched up or to leave it open. So then it makes you wonder how small is the wound can it just be left open? Should it be, what kind of Doctor would have a nurse ask this to a patient. You should never let a patient leave with an open wound. Crap care from these people.

Let me start by saying, I have never left a bad review online before but feel my horribly unprofessional experience with Watson Clinic should be known.I am 28 weeks pregnant and moving to Lakeland from Georgia. I had my first appointment to see Dr Sparks and was first set to meet with a financial person and an ultrasound beforehand. A woman named Stephanie did call me ahead of time to give me an idea of what to expect with my current insurance, but I am switching to a new insurance with my husbands new job in 10 days. Therefore my current insurance would only be used for this first appointment where I would meet Dr Sparks to decide if I wanted her to be the doctor to deliver my first child.Upon beginning this financial meeting (with a different woman I can't recall her name) I was told I needed to pay my remaining deductible with Aetna ($2200) that day just to meet the doctor unless I was able to prove that I had new insurance starting June 1st. So, I called HR with my husbands new company and they agreed to getting me a document that would prove this new insurance was starting. As we were waiting for this document to be faxed over this woman checked several times to make sure I hadn't been called yet for my ultrasound. I was told that I could pay the deductible and be reimbursed when the documents came through if it came to that. Then, less than 10 minutes later she comes back and says I had missed my timeframe for an ultrasound and that Dr Sparks would not be able to see me that day. (Mind you, I had the first appointment of the day so it was 8:45am at this point). She also said that I could not reschedule until the end of June - an entire month later. By then I would be 33-34 weeks pregnant and felt very uncomfortable being put in this position. This woman made me feel like they didn't care at all about me as a patient or person, and willingly let me walk out of the office after going through quite a bit to get to that point. I am sure Dr Sparks is a great doctor but I will never know due to this horrible experience, and would never recommend this facility to anyone.

This is a medical building that consists of many different specialties, including dermatology, hearing, obstetrics, gynecology, otolaryngology, a medical spa, etc. Due to the pandemic, you have to have an appointment, be masked, and have your temperature taken at the lobby before entering. It is large and very clean. I have only seen doctors on the third floor but I am sure that other floors are as well taken care of. There is an elevator and a staircase if one would rather use that. All of the employees I have encountered, from the doctors to the ARNPs to the receptionists and the janitors have been gracious, polite, and just lovely people - always making me feel at ease the entire time I have been there.
