Very informal reception (no introductions/names, no prices provided), but the interior is beautiful, and the brow wax service I received was quick and the results looked great. They do have the nice luxury pedicure chairs (I feel it's important to mention this because not every place has them) and beautiful, new-looking interior decor.
Eyebrow wax base price was $15, and I tipped $5 in addition to that.

This is my first visit here and I had a great experience. Tammy did an excellent job with my manicure... Great massage and very meticulous. She did exactly as I asked with a smile.

My first time here, my experience was wonderful.
I’ve been looking for a place in Lakeland for a while.
Despite the reviews I took the chance and tried them out.
Jason was great!
I was super relaxed, he gave a great massage and did a great job on my nails.
Will be coming back!
