Noire The Nail Bar of Lakeland

I love coming here. I have been coming to this location for about 4 years. For the first time I had issue with my gel polish coming off quickly. I messaged them thinking it was just the polish to me them know. They messaged me right back and told me to come in and they would fix it. They redid every nail just to make sure. I would highly recommend coming here to everyone.

I have two different reviews for The Noire. As far as my nails and pedicures, I am extremely happy with their service. Queen is amazing. Me and my daughters go to her all the time and she is beyond perfection, fast and friendly and just like her name, a Queen when it comes to any designs. She does my eyebrows as well and they are always perfect...I will not go with anyone else as I am really picky with my eyebrows. Also, Tammy is amazing with the pedicures....super detailed and give the best leg massages...these 2 ladies are amazing. It is money well spent with them.

On another note, management is a bit petty. I like to book my appointments ahead of time, and they often refuse to have me schedule with these ladies. Is like a personal issue with their employees, when in reality they are making them good money. Hopefully the owners will address that issue because they will quickly lose customers due to lack of professionalism from the management team.

Other than that, the place is amazing and very relaxing! I will definitely recommend them.

I love coming here. They do a great job with manicures/pedicures and everyone is very nice! So many pretty colors to choose from. Quality polish. Relaxing chairs and atmosphere. Highly recommend!
