I am very satisfied with the overall dry cleaning experience here, especially because of their consistency and professionalism. I recently gave them a winter jacket and a couple of formal trousers, and both came back looking almost brand new. The staff is helpful and explains the cleaning process clearly, which makes customers feel more comfortable. I also appreciate how they double-check items before returning them, ensuring nothing is missed or misplaced. Will not go back! Blonde lady there is really unfriendly. Said good afternoon to her both times taking my work uniforms in there and picking them up and she said nothing gave me a dirty look and waited for me to tell her what I wanted. So I did. She needs to go to a customer service class cause she could really use it. I went to her business because of the 4 star rating and I will not be back. There’s no reason to treat customers so rudely. I’ll go somewhere to the south side of Lakeland if I have to just so I don’t have to give her my business. She don’t deserve the money!
