They saved my dress!!
I was out of town on a girls trip and had Just purchased this beautiful long Satin cocktail dress for dinner. I wore it that night to dinner but then that same night I clumsily spilled body oil onto the dress and I was devastated. I thought I had ruined it.
Monday I called Executive cleaners; I knew of them as my husband takes his items there and has always had great service, so I was hoping they could help. The lady who answered was so nice and told me to bring it in. when I got there she was so kind and understanding and she didn’t give me any false hope, she just said they would do the best they could. We have used Executive Cleaners for many years, not just for cleaning but also for alterations. We have always been very happy with the work ( they once altered a silk beaded formal dress, and it came out beautifully!). This time, I dropped off curtains at the Socrum Loop location and was told that they didn’t know how much it would cost, maybe more than the actual cost, so they would have someone call me prior to beginning the work. I was also informed I could call the Edgewood location the following day for a price. Called Edgewood and the seamstress was sick and they couldn’t provide any info. Altered, pressed, and cleaned. Straight to the point, pricing was a little confusing but you'll get a ticket for pickup
Would knock off half a star for the cob web in the changing room but the ladies were always friendly.
