Arrived on time, listened closely as I described what I wanted done, took pictures and notes and told me that he would email me an official quote that evening. Just as promised the quote arrived, I agreed to everything we discussed and his pricing as it was extremely fair with the understanding that if he found any surprises while performing the work he would contact me so we could discuss.
As the house is vacant he showed up on the day we agreed on and started working. On the second day he did encounter worse conditions on a portion of the woodwork, he sent me pictures and told me that it was going to be more work than originally thought. His additional price was fair and I told him to add the extra to the bill.
John did a fantastic job going above and beyond what I had expected and I was extremely pleased with all the work he did. I would highly recommend him and his company for any services you may need around your house.
