John was very professional over the phone on the initial call, called prior to our scheduled first appointment to verify we were still good to meet. Arrived on time, listened closely as I described what I wanted done, took pictures and notes and told me that he would email me an official quote that evening. Just as promised the quote arrived, I agreed to everything we discussed and his pricing as it was extremely fair with the understanding that if he found any surprises while performing the work he would contact me so we could discuss.

I recently used John for his handyman services!! What a nice man. He was very prompt and anxious to help me out. He gave me a quote within the same day and also kept me Inforned throughout his service. He is a hard worker and I’m very pleased with his work. He spent several hours in my home and I will definitely not only use him again but also refer him to anyone looking for a great handyman Thanks so much John!!!

Mister Handy-Man recently repaired a major plumbing issue at my home. They have also done many other repairs for me. I know the General Manager (John Allen) personally, and have always been pleased with the service he and his crew provide. Mister Handy-Man is prompt, courteous and on time, and repaired my plumbing issues for less than half of the other estimates I received from residential plumbers. I highly recommend Mister Handy-Man for any household repair.
