Frank Gay Services has proudly delivered expert home services since 1976. The two technicians were wonderful, and the main guy was amazing. They did everything in one day, replacing the air conditioning, cleaning the ducks, and installing more insulation, even during a thunderstorm. The technician was extremely professional, extremely neat about his work, and very courteous. Another tech did great work, explained everything thoroughly, and provided options. He was punctual, thorough, and efficient. One technician was fast and helpful, knowledgeable about AC issues on a very old unit, and upfront about options and costs. Frank Gay is the new go-to for any plumbing needs, and highly recommended for future work.
Ethan explained the problem, my options, and gave me clear pricing. He was really nice and efficient. I called around 3pm and he arrived around 5pm the same day without a surcharge.
I so happy with the service. I called about under our sink and Ethan White was fantastic. Knew what the problem was and fixed it asap. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. I will definitely call them again for sure.
I randomly picked this company, and I was so glad I did. Their services are great, communication wonderful, and the work of the technician, Shane Bernard, was really exceptional. He took his time, I didnt feel like he just rushed to get the job done, it was more a thorough assessing of the situation, which impressed me. He was knowledgeable, professional and got the problem resolved, and very informative as to who to contact regarding following up with the necessary people. I give them 100% for their excellent service, and are keeping their number for future use. Great company, highly recommend.
