I have used Ace Handyman Services of Lakeland 2 times now. Both experiences were great, I had awesome communication both times, job was scheduled and completed quickly x2. Serviceman were both professional and personable, I love that Ace employs service people that are excellent at their fields. Nathan custom made a small awkard shaped deck and entryway steps for my weird little area that was extremely tight and it was exactly what I wanted and needed. Michael S just came out to repair a entry door, he made this job seem effortless even though it was not he is just that skilled and knew how to tackle this mess. My door for whatever reason was on upside down frame included, the threshold was on the top and there was wood rot on the bottom, it was unlevel and never closed right. He did a great job repairing all the damage and installing a new door properly, now I have a safe door that closes completely without fighting it, excited to be able use this door finally after purchasing the house instead of always just using 1 door and walking around.. Aaa+++ services. Each location is a franchise. We had Handymen come and say our job was too big, then had contractors come and say the job was too small. Saw this truck driving down the road and decided to call. Estimator came out and we were emailed an estimate. Or window is finally fixed! No more water intrusion after years of bandaids from so called professionals. Great texting, phone calls, and emailing. We loved the Work! He was very thorough. Will be using them again.
