“I went in mostly because my shoulders and back been feeling tight from work and sitting too much, so I figured I’d try a massage & spa for once. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but the place was clean, calm, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away.

The massage was exactly what I needed. They focused on the areas that were bothering me and checked in a couple times to make sure the pressure was okay. I left feeling way more relaxed and loose than when I came in.

“Once you find it, it's ok. If you are in the parking lot, look in the corner where it says YOGA. The one that says SPA, is not the right address. Overall, very nice and accommodating.“

“I just had a 30 minute foot reflexology (massage), and it was very relaxing! Pleasant experience all around. You lay on a reclined, comfy bed/chair thing with a pillow and are given a towel to wear as a blanket during the massage. The hot stone on the leg and foot at the end felt very nice.

The foot massage was not a very deep, hard pressure massage. If you want that, I would suggest asking for very firm pressure in the very beginning.“

“Still good massage but the facility has gone by the wayside. Seems too busy for the staff they have, towels were damp and smelled like mildew. Gone are the nicely scented face masks they used to use. The room is noisy, lots of interruptions. I think 20 min of my hour were spent interrupted. Staff is good but they need the tools to do their job. The last 15 minutes out of an hour was all I got to relax. Kinda a waste of money now.“

During the massage they most likely will ask you if you want to add more time or if you’d like add-ons like essential oils with hot stones, however you can just say no if you don’t want to.
