I’ve been a regular customer here and have always appreciated the quality of the massages. Today, however, I came in specifically requesting a 20-minute massage because I had plans to go to the cinema. Despite repeating my request multiple times, I was pressured into a 30-minute session. While the massage itself was great, the experience left me feeling disappointed.

At the start, I felt uncomfortable when staff laughed after I asked for a shorter session and spoke in a language I couldn’t understand. It felt dismissive, and I couldn’t help but wonder what was being said.

Every time I come here I get an amazing massage. They do use a lot of pressure, which I LOVE and its why I keep coming back. During the massage they most likely will ask you if you want to add more time or if you’d like add-ons like essential oils with hot stones, however you can just say no if you don’t want to. Went to Chi Spa while visiting my parents. Flew in from Japan and was experiencing bad jet lag. Wonderful service, great massage, and very reasonable prices. Felt awesome afterwards. Total recommend👌🏻
