You lay on a reclined, comfy bed/chair thing with a pillow and are given a towel to wear as a blanket during the massage. The hot stone on the leg and foot at the end felt very nice.
The foot massage was not a very deep, hard pressure massage. If you want that, I would suggest asking for very firm pressure in the very beginning.“
