I called to make an appointment which was a good thing! I guess they are very popular. My masseuse sanitized my hands before she began. Made me feel comfortable. I came for a foot massage and decided to do the combo: 30 minutes massage and 30 minutes foot. Great decision. I left relaxed, my foot was out of pain, it was a hot stone experience. I have been nervous about going to get a massage but I felt the location was clean and sanitary. When you go to a chain massage salon they upsell constantly and can only go through the massage "schedule". If there is an interruption, they lose their place. For my first time at Crystal, it was amazing. I've been to many locations to be let down with a sub-par massage but Sammy made me feel like a noodle and I felt fantastic.Definitely recommend, especially Sammy. She was nice and attentive.Will be coming back, as it is by far the best massage I have received in PBC.
