“Been here a couple times for different things for my dogs. I overall think the staff is friendly and the doctors are compassionate. However, I believe they need to train their receptionists better. They booked an appt for the wrong pet and also called me about missing an appt I had already canceled… please communicate better up front and be more consistent. Also, I had asked several times for the bloodwork results to be emailed for my dog and wasn’t able to get them until I physically went in there for another appt.“
“We have been taking our dog to Regal Animal Hospital for over 9 years. We recently moved about 3 hours north. We tried a vet in our area and were not happy. Since our dog needed her teeth cleaned We drove to Regal for peace of mind. Dr. Tori and Dr. Joyce along with their entire staff are wonderful. Anne and Sabrina have always been the best. We have finally found a vet closer to our new home that we are going to try. We will miss taking Gigi to Regal because we were always confident she was getting the best care available.“

“My 19 y/o cat’s tail got slammed in the door and it snapped two inches off the end. The cat is in amazingly good health for his age, but it was very traumatic for both of us, to say the least. I am very appreciative of Dr Moe’s conservative approach to treatment and not recommending surgery as a first solution. We are applying a gel 3-4 times/day and going back in a week. Hopefully the skin will granulate and grow back and all shall be well without surgery.“

I appreciated how much care the demonstrated for my dog.. There was no sense of rush. It's obvious that Josephine (the technician who served us) loves her job and loves animals. I highly recommend this place. This vet won't try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary drugs. The doctor knows a lot about nutrition and she emphasizes the importance of a good diet to keep your pets healthy.“
