“Technicians and Installers arrived exactly on time and did a very professional job performing Phase 1 of the Generator Installation. However it is 3 weeks since they performed the installation and I am still waiting for David, the project manager to remove a large pile of dirt left in my back yard when they installed the Propane tank. The excuse given to me is that Reliable Power Systems needs a Front Loader to remove the dirt and they only have one machine and it's been out for repair over the last 3 weeks. This is not a very good situation. They have not offered any alternative way to remove the dirt. We are not happy campers!“
