Electrical services near Lake Placid picked by BestProsInTown
“We had a great experience working with Central Contractors. Supervisor Chris Dohmann & his crew provided outstanding service installing our new Kohler Standby Generator. They organized all the aspects needed to complete the project in a neat & timely manner. We will definitely use Central Contractors on future projects.”

“Discovered an electrical problem within 3 days of moving into new home, that was not only frustrating, but concerning. Then wasted an entire day waiting on another company (Mr. Electric of Land o Lakes) to arrive for a service call their AI bot made only to learn they don't service my area (yet never bothered to call and inform me so I could find someone else).
Mid-day Thursday I called Kate the Office Manager at Allstar and explained my dilemma and frustration. She listened empathetically but said it would be few days before she could get anyone out to us. I was still in the middle of a messy move, while working full time, which left little time to vet out another company before the weekend. To my surprise, Kate called Friday morning and said they had something open up and she could get someone to our house to investigate by mid-day.
Chip came and was great. He listened carefully and quickly identified the problem which he explained in simple, straightforward terms, and provided solutions/options.
That Kate cared enough to take note of the details, take initiative to follow back up and get someone out here as soon as they had an opening is unbelievable today. Then to have the great experience we had with their electrician Chip --without even being charged for the service call is remarkable and refreshing. Good people and honest businesses still exist.
I'm waiting for a quote for the options Chip and I discussed but Allstar Electric will be my first call for this and any future electrical needs. Highly recommend.”
