Great experience with their staff and doctor tonight. I had an appointment at 5:45pm and was out by 6:05pm. They went above and beyond to make this appointment painless and easy for baby and Mom. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Clear and concise instructions for how to schedule and appointment and check in process. PA was was kind and reassuring as our child was VERY nervous. This helped our child calm down and aided in a quick diagnosis.
We haven’t been in awhile and I remember loving this place from previous years. This time our welcome when first in the door was a little lackluster because they now have online check in and no one greeted us. I read the sign that said to check in for appointment on my phone and sat down to register my daughter. It was easy enough and straightforward. Our wait wasn’t long, then the doctor was quick, clear and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was and we were on our way home soon.
