The staff here were kind and understanding Andrene explained what kind of test they were doing and why. Chelsea explained the results very thoroughly and reassured me that I should be better within a few days of taking the medication

I walked into this AdventHealth facility on September 30th without an appointment and complaining of loss of hearing and soreness in my left ear. I was welcomed by the check-in staff who pulled up all of my information from the AdventHealth Portal and took a seat. Within 10 minutes I was processed into an exam room and evaluated. The nurse practitioner quickly diagnosed my problem as a wax plugged ear. A technician arrived and flushed my ear until it was clear, gave me some paperwork and sent me on my way. My care was exceptional Dr Feenburg was very personable and easy to talk. His putting 4 stitches in my hand was the correct diagnosis and was totally painless. My recovery has also been painless. I would highly recommend Centra Care Sanford with Dr Feenburg as my doctor.
