Dr. Strauss and his staff seem very caring. Usually not extremely late, and doctors do have emergencies. I see Dr. Strauss at least annually and his staff during most other visits. My wife and her mother also use Southern as their primary care and report similar experiences.
Called the after hours number on a Saturday after waking up with symptoms and testing positive for COVID. Jordan called me back immediately and after a quick consult she called in a script for the latest therapy. Symptoms clear less than 24 hours. Dr Strauss's staff always goes above and beyond for their patients. Such a very thorough staff.
Saturday morning I felt like..... well you know........ ! Tested positive for COVID. Called the after hours call service and Jordan called me immediately. She immediately called in a prescription. Had 1 day of symptoms and all clear. All of their staff is 100% for their patients.
