Dr. Restrepo in Lake City, Florida, is an outstanding physician! Not only is she exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, but her ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is a huge advantage. As the only Spanish-speaking physician in Lake City, Dr. Restrepo provides a crucial service to the community. She made me feel completely at ease by explaining everything in detail and addressing all my concerns. I've been going to this office for years been happy until last year I had Covid The doctor did a phone visit said he'd call me in some medicine it took 10 days And multiple phone callsfor them to get the medicine called in, I went in on Wednesday for a visit for refills Kenneth said he would Get my refills in and today is Friday and I still haven't gotten my prescriptions I called yesterday the young lady said she would have him call it in I and I called all morning this morning till noon they were supposed to be open The automated voice kept answering and saying that they were busy and then it Said the next available person would answer the call and it put me on hold And then start ringing again And then it went to voicemail stating leave my name and number and a brief message and they would call back within 48 business hours So now it's Friday afternoon and I don't have my prescriptions and I'm gonna have to wait till Monday Which is after the date that they're supposed to be in refilled, I find this unprofessional and And I'm used to to much more professional behavior from this office I don't know what's changed I just hope that it's temporary since this is not the only times that this has happened in this has happened in the last 8 months But if the standards don't go back to the way they wereI'll be forced to find a new primary physician but I don't really want to.
I saw Carolyn Dahbour, APRN on 8.4.21 and she was absolutely great. Beautiful bedside manners when she enters a patient’s room.Ms. Carolyn listens to her patients and assist in a way to figure out their diagnosis and will remedy their problems by way of an Rx, Therapy, testing, or simply a referral. I have been under her care for 16 years and she is very knowledgeable and experienced in field of Family Health and Medicine.
