I contacted Lane Heating and Air about 5 months ago. Mark was very professional and was willing to work with the funding program I was wanting to use; but the program closed. Although Lane Heating and Air does offer financing; it just was not right for me at the time. I knew I wanted to do business with Lane because after making numerous calls for estimates; Lane was the only company that did not price gouged me. Mark hung in there with me until I could obtain the cash. It took 5 months; but when I was ready; Lane Heating and Air was ready. Mark and his assistant came in a timely manner, quickly found the issue. Parts were ordered and the repairs were completed in a few days. Could not be happier with the service we received.

Excellent service and extremely professional .Mark was honest and diagnosed the problems right away!! No upselling like most. Showed up prior to the scheduled appointment time.
