They really work with you, a great, great company. Epic is the only word for it! They got to a house by 9 PM on a Friday, diagnosed the issue, and helped decide on a new unit. By 3 PM Saturday, they were back to install it, and the house was cooling by 7 PM. Fast, professional, and truly lifesaving in the Florida heat.
